There are many reasons why you might want therapy. You may be going through a crisis; you might need to share your grief, or a gnawing sense of existential unease; perhaps you simply have a desire to get to know your inner world better. It is all welcome.
Trauma and abuse, heartbreaks, career troubles, and so much else can get in the way of feeling joy in our lives and relationships.
We all have our own innate wisdom, but as we grow up accumulating experiences and trying to fit into the social and family roles we are given, we can put up blocks that obscure our sense of it. The work I do aims to help you explore these blocks in order to uncover and recover what lies beneath.
