I have been working with clients for over ten years. The act of sitting in presence with another person, co-exploring the inner terrains of someone’s life, mind, and subjectivity, never ceases to humble me. This work is edifying and enriching, and leaves me consistently awed by how much change can occur through looking inwards.

I trained at The Minster Centre and hold an Advanced Diploma and MA in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling. I am also trained as an Imago couples therapist.

While I am no longer in formal therapy training, my schooling in this work continues. It deepens through study, reading, movement practices, and workshops. I also participate in a long-running professional development group dedicated to expanding our capacity for self-accompaniment, so that we might more fully accompany others in their experience without agenda.

To be able to be alongside someone in all of their emotional process - whether that includes pain, discomfort, self-rejection, or grief - and to remain present and curious is the essence of the work I do.
