I trained at The Minster Centre and hold an Advanced Diploma and MA in Integrative Psychotherapy & Counselling.
I grew up in a bilingual household and have often worked with people living outside of the country they call home. This has made me sensitive to the complexity of cultural identity, the impact of marginalisation, and the experiences of ‘otherness’ or ‘foreignness’.
I have worked with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, guilt and shame, bereavement, questions around sexuality, identity issues, and more.
I endeavour to investigate my biases and I am deeply respectful of difference. I welcome people of every gender identity, sexuality, background, or relationship style.
